Two ways the Hub can extend the partnership.
Beyond the standard managed presence, two optional services extend what the Hub can do for your organisation — on-ground execution support and student referral opportunities. Both are discussed on a per-partner basis, not part of the standard retainer.

Two
services.
Discussed after the core Hub partnership is settled, not before.
Extensions, not entitlements.
Both services below extend the Hub's capability for a partner who needs them. They are not part of the standard retainer, not signed at onboarding, and not required to access the Hub.
The core partnership — the managed presence — always comes first. Optional services become relevant once a partner has settled into the Hub and identified a specific operational need that the standard scope does not cover.
"Every optional service is discussed on its own terms, in its own written scope, with its own commercial structure. Nothing is bundled into the retainer without an explicit decision."
On-ground execution support
When a partner needs local execution beyond the Hub — an event, a hiring push, a specific field activity — the regional partner network can be engaged to coordinate the ground-level work.
This is coordination through an established network, not a full-service event agency. The scope, timeline, and cost are defined per activity, based on what the activity actually requires.
Typical scope
- Local event coordination
- Hiring assistance (shortlisting, coordination)
- Ground-level activation support
- School and institution outreach coordination
- Venue and vendor coordination
- Field logistics support
Student referral opportunities
Genuine student and parent enquiries from the founder's own network, routed to suitable Hub partners through a mutually agreed referral arrangement. This is not lead generation — it is a routing decision, made where fit exists.
Referrals are only shared with partners whose programme matches the student's requirement. Every referral arrangement is defined in a written agreement covering attribution, follow-up responsibilities, and commercial terms.
How the arrangement works
- Written referral agreement defining scope and attribution
- Match on programme fit before routing
- Warm handover from LUIT to the partner contact
- Partner manages the conversation from that point
- Referral outcomes recorded for mutual review
- Either side can pause or end the arrangement per the written terms
Not the entry point — the extension.
The path into the partnership is the managed presence. Optional services become relevant after that foundation is in place.
Start with the Hub
A partner first activates the managed presence. Reception, approved information, visitor records, and reporting establish the operational baseline.
Identify a specific need
As the partnership settles, the partner identifies a specific activity or referral flow that the standard scope does not cover.
Discuss separately
The optional service is scoped, priced, and agreed in its own written document — separate from the Hub retainer, with its own timeline and terms.
What is included. What is an extension.
A clear comparison between the core Hub partnership and the two optional extensions.
| Aspect | Standard Hub partnership | Optional services |
|---|---|---|
| When signed | At partnership activation. | After the Hub is operational, when a specific need emerges. |
| Commercial structure | Monthly retainer plus refundable security deposit. | Separate written scope, separate pricing per activity or arrangement. |
| Included in retainer | Yes — presence, reception, approved information, records, reporting. | No — each optional service is priced separately. |
| Obligation | Agreed at activation. | None — no decision required at sign-up, ever. |
| Termination | Per the core partnership agreement. | Per the optional service's own terms; does not affect the core Hub. |
| Replaces the Hub? | The Hub is the foundation. | No — extensions only. They do not replace the managed presence. |
Questions about the optional services.
Are these services included in the standard monthly retainer?
No. Both on-ground execution support and student referral opportunities are optional services discussed on a per-partner basis. They do not form part of the standard retainer and do not require a decision at sign-up.
When should a partner consider requesting these services?
Typically after a partner has settled into the core Hub partnership and identified a specific need — an event, a hiring push, a particular referral flow. They are not intended as an entry point to the partnership; the managed presence itself is.
Is on-ground execution support the same as event management?
Not exactly. On-ground execution support coordinates local elements of an approved activity through the regional partner network. Full-service event management is a larger scope, coordinated separately if required.
How are student referral arrangements structured?
Every referral arrangement is defined in a written agreement covering attribution, follow-up responsibilities, and commercial terms. Referrals are only routed to partners with a fit for the student's requirement.
Do referral arrangements guarantee a certain number of students?
No. Referrals are genuine enquiries from the founder's own network — routed where fit exists. No volume, guarantee, or specific outcome is offered. The arrangement defines how referrals are shared, not how many.
Can these services be stopped independently of the core partnership?
Yes. Both optional services have their own scope, terms, and termination provisions. A partner can pause or end either without affecting the core Hub presence, subject to the notice period in the written agreement.
Explore the partnership — extensions follow if they fit.
Start with the managed presence. If a specific on-ground activity or referral need emerges later, that conversation happens then — with its own scope, its own terms, and no obligation at sign-up.
